Safeguarding at Cleeve Prior
Child Protection is our highest priority. Cleeve Prior CE Primary School and has overall responsibility for the safeguarding and protection of all of the children in our care.
The school is particularly mindful of our responsibilities around the national issues of contextualized and non coontextualised safeguarding that include :

Our school has a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) who has responsibility for Safeguarding and Child Protection. Our DSL is Miss Williams (Head of School) and our Deputy Designated Safeguarding (DDSL)Lead is Mr. Croke (Executive Headteacher).
All staff within the school have received full safeguarding training and are available to advise on safeguarding issues and to take immediate action if a child is deemed to be at risk in the absence of the DSL or DDSL
